Take Suitcase Susie for tea

Hi everyone! I can’t believe that we’re nearly in July, where is 2015 going? This year I’ve been starting new things, which can be scary but also exciting. My colleague at work in the past year has been on an adventure with her brand Suitcase Susie and now she wants to take it to the next level with a Kickstarter campaign.

Suitcase Susie is a range of luxury fine bone china tableware and home textiles with designs inspired by travel. I love the Suitcase Susie range and I thought I would share my favourite design with you!

Paper Kite is beautiful and elegant, the teapot is one of my favourite pieces of the design. The shape combined with the monochrome (it would fit perfectly in my kitchen!) Imagine all the tea variations you could use; I’m thinking afternoon tea with friends or even a sneaky solo treat.

What strikes me the most about this design is the inspiration; which the founder and designer, Michelle Kent shared with me. I was pleasantly surprised and in fact I fell in love even more! This little fellow enabled Suitcase Susie to combine two things I adore; tea and butterflies. The design is full of elegance and simplicity of the inspirational butterfly, simply beautiful.

Turn the tea to a G&T this Thursday 25 June at Coffee Cake & Kisses at 54 Warren Street, London W1T 5NN (just a couple of minutes from Warren Street tube station). There are only 8 days remaining of Michelle’s campaign, will you help reach her target and pledge
