Rose Gold Styling

I’m late to the party, as always. I didn’t used to like rose gold or copper – not one bit. But more recently and more honestly since I became an owner of the rose gold iPhone, I have slowly become adding items to my growing collection. There is just something about rose gold and copper that is relaxing, zen and uplifting which adds instant opulence to a room or outfit. When I was shopping for my holiday, I came across a sparkle in TKMaxx, and low and behold it was rose gold – in a shoe! A beautiful sexy, sumptuous pair of beauties waiting to be picked off the shelf. Well, they came home with me and straight into my suitcase for holiday.

Whilst there are many outfits these beauties can be styled with, I kept simple with a white dress by Paraphrase (go see it online here). I love this dress, there is rose gold detailing on the buttons by the collar and the subtle stripe running through it makes it feel luxurious and high end. I’ve kept the whole look really simple with a neutral makeup look and lip using the Juicy Shaker in Apri-cute.

Also, shout out to my nail technician from Radiance Hair & Beauty – Dianne – always up for a natter whilst giving me beautiful nails. I wanted a rose gold, neutral shade and I’m super happy with the colour! (Ps, I know my nails aren’t the longest but I’m currently trying to break a nail biting habit)

IMG_7469IMG_7466IMG_7465I can totally see these being worn in the office with some of my workwear dresses too, so they will definitely get the wear! Since I’ve bought them for myself I’ve been trying to find other pairs that are similar but seriously the rose gold shoe is in demand – the closest I’ve found are by Public Desire.

What’s your thoughts on rose gold? Anything on your rose gold wish list, or is it just about anything?!

Much love xx
