OTeas Pure Tea Review

If you have been reading my blog a while you will notice a couple of things. 1. I love tea. 2. It looks different 3. We have a new name. Let me touch on two and three for the moment and then we’ll scoot back on over to the beginning.

Welcome back to the brand new site that was petitetealover.co.uk. Or if you’re new, hello! I recently said goodbye to my faithful name, all of which I explained in a post >here<. So what is going to be different? What I love about blogging is the honest, unedited point of view and often I write my blogs on the go. I’m going back to this but combining with my new found interest in photography. There are going to be picture diary posts, fashion style and tips and not forgetting my humble blogging beginning, tea. Speaking of which, if you haven’t already whack the kettle on and let me tell you about OTeas.

I was approached by OTeas and invited to sample their teas. I love discovering new brands and blends of tea so said yes. Some can be simple and beautifully executed, others adventurous and daring! OTeas are a UK based Tea Company who have a desire to promote a active, healthy and balanced lifestyle. With a wide selection of flavours it could be daunting on where to start. What I instantly love about this brand are the individual tasting boxes and gift packs. It allows you to try the flavours and discover which are for you and which aren’t.

I haven’t tried all the blends that I received yet but I decided to keep it simple with a tea known by OTeas as Pure. Jasmine is a flavour that has been combined with a many a tea type by various brands but this is with white tea. I love white tea, it’s light, delicate and a perfect cleanser for the palette. This tea would make a perfect afternoon tea. Packed with additional flavours such as Apple, hibiscus and orange, Pure just takes you away to another destination. The light floral notes dance and merge together to leave you feeling relaxed and honestly quite zen.

If all the teas are amazing as this one I look forward to tea at three (my office tradition) even more. I love the simplicity of the branding and packaging of OTeas and excited to try more blends. Have you tried OTeas, if so which was your favourite? If you haven’t I would highly recommend this tea as an introduction to the company, it leaves you wanting more.
