On a recent trip to Michelle’s house, she was lucky enough to be sent some English breakfast tea to sample (#tealoverheaven!) by Basilur Tea UK. So we put on the kettle for one of our usual tea fuelled catch ups.
This tea states a brew time of 3-5 minutes, so we thought best to do it justice and left it for around 4 minutes, after all I am a fan of a good strong brew! We added the usual quantities of milk (no sugar) and sat to enjoy. After over 4 minutes of brew time we did expect a stronger tea, however this turned out to be lighter brand of English breakfast, probably not for that first wake up cup, however the lightness was refreshing and would probably make a good cup for the afternoon, or a good ‘I don’t like tea’ kinda tea.
Now this wasn’t my cup of tea, as I prefer a good strong cup, but it was a tasty, light and refreshing drink, definitely a cup to defy your inner builder!
